    The only way to get stronger is to lift 3 reps of 10. for begginers like yourself.

    you will not get “big” unless you hardcore workout for atleast 6 months. until then you will gain strengh but not notice much size increase.

    of course your arms will get slightly bigger no matter what you just have to face that fact.

    Traditionally you would do reps between 3-5 for pure strength with 4-7 sets, you will end up gaining muscle mass
