You should workout using a bodybuilding split, for example:
Day 1: Chest/back/neck
Day 2: Arms
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest/massage
and just continue to repeat this. You’re allowed to do cardio but make sure you eat a lot more to make up for it, for muscle growth to occur you need a surplus of calories – meaning you consume more calories in the day than you burn.
