i dont really see a clear question in all that mumbo jumbo, but i can safely say that your best bet, if youre lookin fro some serious results is steroids or hgh

i think its good plan,
but i don’t think you should rest on sunday and tuesday.
I think it is important to exercise everyday for your muscles to develop.
So maybe you should stop the tricep dips or crunches so that you won’t get that tired, therefore, then you should do the tricep dips and crunches on tuesday or sunday.
It will take around 3 months to “see” your muscles build

OK PLEASE DON’T USE MUSCLE BUILDING STUFF TRUST ME IT BRAKES YOUR BODY DOWN AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF USE AND IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK. JUST REGULAR OLD EXERCISESE WILL DO THE TRICK. FOR EXAMPLE CARDIO FIRST THEN BARBELL CURLS, CABLE PULL DOWN ETC…

You should be able to see results within a week really, especially consuming that much protein. Just remember to work out every other day instead. Your muscles need a day to recuperate.
