    usually for mass you’d want to do heavy weight with low reps so a set up like this would be appropriate (bench 5×5 squat5×5) etc. visit http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html and see mass workouts these work very good. But its not all about weights its about eating right. Remember to get big you have to eat big
