    To early for me to work out, but what ever floats your boat! As for supplements I stay away from them! I consume atleast 1200 calories from fruits, vegetables and whole grains. I eat a handfull of almonds or walnuts everyday. Try to eat a variety every few hours to keep the nutrients flowing to my muscles. I eat steel cut oats with flaxseed every morning, and drink plenty of water. I eat alot of fish and chicken, eggs, and I try to stay away from red meat and pork.Oh yeh don’t forget the cardio!!
    As for my opinion on your workout schedule, you only stated that you do it in the morning. Is it a full body, upper/lower,push/pull, or certain muscle groups you workout?
    What ever it is variety is best, mix it up every couple of months.

    Be sure to get some protein within 30-45 minutes after you finish working out. That is a very small window, but it is the best time to get your body the stuff it needs to grow.
